Born in Hollister, lives and works Southern California. Chase attended Long Beach State University where he received a BFA in Illustration. There he channeled his skills and particular attention to detail into his communicative imagery. The idea of trying to evoke a clear message in his work is what attracted him to the illustrative side of art. He currently works as an Illustrator and Art Director for Taco Bell Design. His real love for art lies mostly with taking one small bit of subject matter and letting his pen do the rest, getting lost in detail.
